The main objectives of the theoretical studies carried out within the framework of Respore are the following:

  • calculating the spectral signature of encapsulated noble gas, understanding its origin and developing predictive models,
  • better understanding of the structure of the complex molecular systems formed, their static and dynamic behaviour according to different parameters such as environment and temperature.

Methods of relativistic quantum mechanics and classical molecular dynamics (polarizable force field) will be implemented as well as the associated methodological developments in complement with the experiments.
