Microscopy training

Respore organizes training in advanced analytical tools specific to porous solids. The Microscopy session (beginner level) will take place in April 2019.

Program:

• Explanations on the specificities of the different equipment, review of the different imaging modes (electron diffraction, light field / dark field TEM, HRTEM, STEM, STEM-HAADF, quantitative EDX chemical analysis and chemical mapping) ...     
• Demonstrations on TEM / STEM microscopes corrected geometric aberrations on the probe (Jeol2200Fs, Titan Themis) on nanostructured MOF samples and / or colloidal quantum dots.

Group:

Group of 6 maximum (1 unit only).

Dates:

According to registrations, two days are currently planned: Wednesday, April 17 and Wednesday, April 24.
