Solid NMR training on porous solids

Respore organizes trainings in advanced analytical tools specific to porous solids. The first session will focus on the solid NMR and will be held from the 25th to the 27th of February 2019 at the Lavoisier Institute of Versailles.

Program

Theoretical classes 9:00 AM-12:30 PM (2 times 1h30 + 30 min break).

Day 1 : Bases on 1D solid NMR.

Day 2 : Bases on 2D solid NMR.

Day 3 : Strategies of solid NMR measurements specific to porous solids.

12:30 PM - 2:00 PM: lunch (CROUS of UVSQ)

Lab class (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM).

Day 1 : sample preparation, familiarization with the spectrometer, basic settings. Acquisition of 1D NMR spectra.

Day 2 : Implementation and acquisition of 2D correlation NMR spectra.

Day 3 : NMR of quadrupole nuclei.

Prerequisites

Bases on liquid NMR.

Upon prior request to CMC, possibility to bring your own samples for the lab class.
