Modelling protein dynamics for the analysis of NMR relaxation experiments. Development of dynamic nuclear polarization techniques with dissolution ("dissolution-DNP") and applications to the study of enzymatic kinetics, in vitro and in cellulo. These techniques can also be applied to the study of porous media. Application of DNP in solid phase for the study of porous materials.
